Norn are a race of savage Elves from the frozen north. Their society is one steeped in religion and war, and they believe whole-heartily in survival of the fittest. The Norn despite Arcane magic - Norn that are found practicing Arcana are executed, and they often shun Arcanists of other races.
Norn have the following racial traits:
+2 strength, +2 constitution, -2 charisma.
Norn have a base movement speed of 30 feet.
Spell-like Ability: Norn Fury (EX) Once per day, a Norn may declare a successful attack to be a critical hit. This critical does not require a confirmation roll, and may not count as a triple 20.
Elemental Resistance: Norn gain cold resist 5.
People of the Far North: Norn gain +2 to all skill checks while in frozen areas, and do not suffer penalties while in hazardous winter conditions, such as blizzards.
Fearless: Norn gain a +2 bonus to Will saves vs. Fear
Norn begin play with Common and Elven. Norn with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following: Auran, Celestial, Draconic, Gnome, Goblin, Orc, and Sylvan.
