She gets the Versatile Performance and Well-Versed class features!

Her Reflex and Will saves increase to +3!

She gets 2 points to spend on either hit points or skill points!

She gains 8 skill points!

All of Farrah's skill points will be applied to the skills she already has--one each. The two spare points will go into Perform and Use Magic Device.

Also, I like how my levelup is more exciting. Very Happy

...I don't quite understand the versatile performance thing.

Well, make sure your total number of skill points doesn't exceed your class level, because it's capped at your class level.
